Effective and last updated: 13 August 2026
Terms for authorized business use of QREW CRM
These Terms explain the rules that apply when an authorized user accesses QREW CRM. They should be read together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement, company policy or employment/contractual obligation that applies to the user's organization.
1. Scope of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of QREW CRM at crm.qr-oo.com. QREW CRM is a business customer relationship management application used to manage client records, contacts, service information, quotations, orders, service-level agreements, invoices and related commercial records where enabled, tasks, follow-up work, reporting and formal business documents.
By accessing QREW CRM, you confirm that you are using the application for an authorized business purpose and that you are permitted by your organization to use the account and CRM permissions assigned to you.
2. Eligibility and authorized users
QREW CRM is intended for authorized business users. Access may be limited to employees, contractors, representatives, customers or other persons specifically approved by the organization operating the relevant CRM workspace.
You must not allow another person to use your Google account, CRM session or assigned CRM permissions. Shared credentials should not be used unless the application operator has expressly approved a specific shared-service account for a legitimate operational purpose.
3. Google Sign-In and account access
QREW CRM may require Google Sign-In using OpenID Connect. Google authentication confirms the identity presented by the Google account, but access to CRM data is granted only after QREW CRM separately verifies that the user is an approved, active and appropriately permissioned CRM actor.
Users are responsible for keeping their Google accounts secure, using appropriate multi-factor authentication where available, protecting devices and browsers used to access the CRM, and promptly reporting suspected account compromise.
4. Company and role-based permissions
CRM access is role- and permission-based. Your organization may determine which sections, records and actions are available to you. Permissions can be changed, restricted or removed at any time when business responsibilities, security requirements or employment/contract status changes.
You must not attempt to bypass role controls, access another company's data, use hidden or unsupported routes to obtain information outside your authorization, or manipulate identifiers or requests to gain additional access.
5. Acceptable use
You may use QREW CRM only for lawful and authorized business activities. You must not use the application to commit fraud, harass or harm others, distribute malware, interfere with service availability, probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization, scrape data outside normal permitted use, circumvent access controls, or upload information you are not entitled to process.
Automated access, bulk extraction or integrations must use an approved interface or workflow where one is provided and must comply with applicable rate, security and permission controls.
6. Customer and business data responsibilities
Users and organizations are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of information they enter into QREW CRM. This includes client details, contact information, quotations, orders, service records, task notes, invoice-related records and any documents or attachments handled through the application.
Do not enter confidential, regulated or sensitive information unless your organization has determined that QREW CRM is an approved location for that information and the necessary legal, contractual and security requirements have been satisfied.
7. Confidentiality
CRM information may include commercially sensitive, personal or confidential information belonging to customers, colleagues, suppliers or the organization. Users must handle such information in accordance with their duties, company policies, confidentiality obligations and applicable law.
Information viewed through QREW CRM should not be copied, exported, forwarded or disclosed to persons who are not authorized to receive it.
8. Intellectual property
QREW CRM, its interface, application code, workflows, branding and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms grant authorized users a limited right to use the application for permitted business purposes; they do not transfer ownership of the software or platform.
Organizations and users retain their rights in business information they lawfully provide to the CRM, subject to the rights required for QREW CRM and its service providers to host, process, secure, back up and display that information as necessary to operate the service.
9. Third-party services
QREW CRM relies on third-party services for parts of its operation, which may include Google for authentication and infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, networking, deployment, security and related technical services. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
QREW CRM is not responsible for independent changes, outages or account restrictions imposed by third-party providers, although reasonable efforts may be made to diagnose and restore affected CRM functionality where the issue relates to the application integration.
10. Availability, maintenance and beta functionality
QREW CRM may contain features that are being introduced, tested, improved or operated in a controlled beta or release-candidate state. Functions may be changed, temporarily unavailable, limited to selected users or withdrawn where needed for security, reliability, compliance or product development.
Planned or emergency maintenance may interrupt access. Users should follow their organization's business-continuity procedures for critical operations when the CRM is temporarily unavailable.
11. Security responsibilities
QREW CRM applies application security controls, but users also have security responsibilities. Users must keep accounts and devices secure, avoid sharing sessions or credentials, sign out of shared devices, use supported browsers, follow organizational security policies, and report suspicious activity promptly.
You must not intentionally introduce malicious content, attempt unauthorized security testing, or interfere with logging, authentication, authorization or audit controls.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when a user is no longer authorized, when an organization requests removal, when security risk is identified, when these Terms or applicable policies are materially violated, or when continued access could create operational, legal or security risk.
Termination of access does not automatically require deletion of business records that must be retained for customer service, accounting, audit, contractual, security or legal purposes.
13. Disclaimers
QREW CRM is provided as a business software service and operating tool. It does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax, regulatory or other specialist advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing commercial documents, calculations, customer commitments and business decisions before relying on or sending them.
The application is provided on an as-available basis subject to the service commitments, support arrangements or commercial agreement that may separately apply between the relevant parties. Nothing on this public page creates a service-level commitment that has not been separately agreed.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law and any separate written agreement governing the service, QREW/QROO and the operators of QREW CRM are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from temporary service interruption, user error, unauthorized credential sharing, unsupported use, or failures of independent third-party services outside reasonable application control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law or where a separate signed agreement provides different rights or remedies.
15. Changes to the service or these Terms
QREW CRM may be updated as features, security controls and business workflows evolve. These Terms may also be updated to reflect material changes in service operation, third-party dependencies or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page with the effective date.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms, account access or authorized use should be raised through the existing QREW/QROO support, administrator or company contact channel through which your organization received access to QREW CRM. This page intentionally does not invent a legal address, registration number or jurisdiction that has not been established in the application record.
