QREW business applications

QREW CRM

Secure customer and service operations

Manage the client journey from first contact through delivery and follow-up.

QREW CRM is a business customer relationship management application for teams that need one controlled workspace for clients, services, quotations, orders, service agreements, invoices, tasks, follow-up activity and management reporting. It is designed for day-to-day company operations rather than public consumer use.

The application connects customer records to the commercial and operational work performed for them. Authorized staff can see the records and actions relevant to their role, while managers can use the same system to monitor progress, workload and customer activity.

QREW CRM is multi-tenant: each organization operates in its own tenant workspace. Tenant selection is resolved on the server from an authenticated actor's active membership; a browser address, form field or query parameter cannot grant access to another organization's CRM data.

What the application does

A connected CRM workflow instead of disconnected records

QREW CRM organizes the information and actions used to manage customer relationships and service delivery. The available sections depend on the user's company role and permissions.

Client and relationship management

Create and maintain client records, contacts, ownership details, notes and interaction history so teams can work from one customer record instead of separate spreadsheets or message threads.

Services and commercial workflows

Maintain the service catalogue and move opportunities through quotation, order and SLA workflows with structured service items, commercial details, statuses and formal customer-facing documents.

Tasks and follow-up

Create client-linked and operational tasks, assign ownership, priorities, due dates and status, and use the task workspace to keep follow-up work visible to the responsible team members.

Invoices and business records

Work with invoice and related commercial records where enabled for the tenant, while keeping access controlled by the user's assigned role and permissions.

Reporting and management visibility

Use dashboards, reports and record histories to understand workload, client activity and commercial progress without exposing sections a user is not authorized to access.

Formal documents and printing

Generate formal localized commercial documents for browser printing and PDF workflows from the same governed document source, including bilingual and RTL presentation where supported.

How QREW CRM is used

From authentication to customer operations

1. Sign in securely

Approved users authenticate with Google OpenID Connect. QREW CRM verifies the Google identity and then checks that the same email belongs to an active, OIDC-enabled CRM actor.

2. Choose an authorized tenant

After authentication, QREW CRM resolves the actor’s active CRM memberships and sends them only to a tenant workspace they are authorized to use.

3. Receive role-based access

Within that tenant, the application loads only the sections and actions permitted for the CRM actor. Authentication alone does not grant unrestricted CRM access.

4. Manage the customer lifecycle

Teams can register clients and contacts, create quotations, progress service delivery through orders and SLAs, manage tasks and follow-ups, and work with invoices and reports where authorized.

Google Sign-In and Google user data

Why QREW CRM asks you to sign in with Google

QREW CRM uses Google OpenID Connect to verify the identity of approved users. Google Sign-In is used for authentication and identity matching; it does not by itself grant access to CRM business records. After Google verifies the account, QREW CRM separately checks that the verified email corresponds to an active CRM user with Google OIDC enabled, resolves that actor's active tenant memberships, and applies the actor's CRM permissions within the selected tenant.

The sign-in flow requests only the identity scopes used for authentication:

  • OpenID account identity (openid)
  • Verified Google account email address (email)
  • Basic Google profile information such as display name (profile)

QREW CRM does not request Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar access as part of this sign-in flow. Google identity information is used to authenticate the user, protect the CRM session and associate the Google account with the approved CRM actor. Google access tokens are not stored in browser storage for normal CRM use.

For more information about how identity and CRM data are handled, see the QREW CRM Privacy Policy. Use of the application is also subject to the QREW CRM Terms of Service.

Security and access

Authentication and authorization are separate controls

A successful Google login confirms identity. QREW CRM then enforces tenant membership, company-scoped roles and permission controls before issuing access to a tenant workspace. Users should only access CRM data and actions that their organization has authorized for them.
